The Emperor wasn't so bad. It was time for a purge. The Jedi just helped a bloated, rotting, corrupted and immoral system from totally collapsing and nothing more. The Jedi didn't bring justice, they preserved immorality and political corruption. And it turned out you had to have the right blood to be a Jedi. A Hitler type dictator may or may not have been necessary to the end corruption of the Wiemar Republic but it certainly isn't the case that the Holocaust was necessary to end the corruption. Hell the Holocaust wouldn't have even happened were it not for the war but that's another story. The Nazis wanted to deport the Jews. The Final Solution was called 'final' because Germany's resources were spent fighting the war so they couldn't deport the pesky Jew while fighting the Reds Army

Likewise, Palpatine used the Seperatists, and latter the Jedi, to legitimize the rise of his Galactic Empire. P.S I was only halfway refering to the Holocaust, but i would think it would have made no difference if ww2 happened or not, Jews in Germany would still have suffered

It was the intent of the highest Nazi officials to deport the Jews and even locations were chosen. The industrialized mass murder now referred to as the Holocaust was devised as a "Final Solution" when Germany's resources were stretched fighting a war and deportation was not an option. WW2 wasn't inevitable.

Therefore, that is why i make my point that war was inevitable either way and that deportation was defininitely NOT on the Nazis agenda. Heck, you can even see it in 30/40's German Art that Hitler portrayed himself as Supreme Ruler of the Earth (probably due to his megalomania)

Not knowing Jorrus c'boath I can't comment on him. The Star Wars Universe covers so many novels, comics and on-line canon I could never keep up at this point. But I will say that it seems Darth Sidious is the standard by which other Sith Lords are judged. There almost seems to be an overcompensation to prove this Sith Lord or that Sith Lord is more insidious, more devious and manipulative and so forth. Palpatine took the Jedi down when they were an established order: that took patience.

The theme for Darth Sidious is indeed played when Luke meets the Emperor and is called "Emperor's Throne Room". I have the sound tracks for all the movies and that is the actual name of the song. The music played during his arrival aboard the Second Death Star is called "The Emperor Arrives-The Death of Yoda-Obi-Wan's Revelation" the single song combines all three scenes.
