Do you remember when this came out, there was I think 4 different album covers with each having a different angle as well as a inner sleeve with a water paint picture as well it came in a paper bag sleeve, the LAST stu"DIO" album with Bonzo as well as LED_ZEPPELIN :( ROCK ON!!!!
There is no reason to criticize someone for thinking something before they figure it out you jackass. I didn't know and I DID say that. Having said that, I don't get the whole big deal with LZ. With songs like this, I almost don't listen to them at all anymore. They have almost reached the same status as AC/DC...
One of the many reason I love Zeppelin is all the members are just amazing...I use are in place of were because I know Bonzo is still rocking in the after life.
im not sure why but when i hear this song i think of a slightly similar sounding song but its only an insturmental and when i hear said song i think of this song and with both i get a sudden urge for mexican food....same thing with the joker by steve miller band....the mexican food thing....im not sure why...
@admiralackbar999 Sound, like smell, is closely asscociated with memories in the human brain. I would say you really enjoyed some mexican food at some point in close proximity with either this song, The Joker, or a song in a similar key or with a smilar riff, and it became linked. I have had it happen, many times. Cheers.
@ajlocke2003 well i might have heard it in a don pablos once...if not it for some reason sounds like it would fit in a mexican resaraunt setting...like the other songs they just have that sound...it might be the acoustics.

They hated it because it was *always* on the radio. Actually , they probably didn't even hate it, it was just played too often. One of the greatest songs of all time. Listen to John Bonham's drum track on this, the track itsself solo, on youtube. Led Zeppelin was talent only seen once in a civilization's duration, like a few others I could name from around the same time. We are all so lucky to have lived to hear this.
@perspicaciousBuffoon furthermore, buffoon, where in my comment does it read that people are not allowed to have opinions? do you see the irony in that your comment insinuates that my opinion should be stifled? i am baffled that someone would take the time to watch find and watch this video if they don't like it. it is titled appropriately, no misleading tag lines. disliking a lady gaga video titled "greatest chess moves in history" makes sense. disliking this does not..
I remember back in the day none of my friends liked this. Everyone seemed to hate it. I remember it would come on the radio and someone would quickly turn it down or put on something else. Again I didn't say thing. But when I got home I rocked this full blast thru my headphones.
