@eirenmann PTW M4 CQBR, used, with mags and battery, usually $900.

Add Daniel Defense real steel lite rail - $300.

CNC PTW m4 upper [still have original lower]- about $180.

So about $1400 in that thing I am holding.

I used to build much more expensive PTWs [fully CNC body and lower, real gun reals, etc]. But that's an expensive hobby to no end.

@eirenmann I used to airsoft a lot, that's why. But now I mostly play indoors, so I prefer to use gas blow back pistols over AEGs. AEG's reach and accuracy makes it too easy to play in small space.

I like that you stay semi-auto. I think my preference for semi-auto has allowed my Echo 1 M16-A4 to survive so long (2+ years of hard play). Keep uploading these excellent videos of American airsofters.

Do you think using a high powered gas pistol would be sufficient for this? I've got rifles, but I'd prefer to use just my pistols for this.

@TheGrubification my GBB pistols are very low powered, around 250 FPS, so yes, more then enough. Reliability and multiple BB hits is better then high-FPS.

@TheBlackphoenix113 It's actually a Bomber CNC upper with KAC marking [I think it was from redwolf] with a Daniel Defense lite rail [RS rail]. I used to build more PTWs, but that's an expensive thing to do, so I kept one. Let me know if you have any Qs about the upper.

@rooskiedood nooo, not done at all. But when you have 2.5 jobs in 1 week, airsoft have to take a back seat. It's only been like, 2.5 months since the last video! I wrote a long reply to your comment on the strike force forum: I average about 2 to 3 BBs per person, that's more then fair because most didn't even call "hit" other then raising their hand. 1 or 2 incidents of 4 BBs per person, 2 incidents they called after I left the scene, and 2 incidents 5 BBs per person [these 2 incidents I do feel bad]. It might "feel" like trigger happy, but it's not.

@r315r4z0r its not trigger happy. he is taking advantage of being able to shoot semi quicker than others. the more he shoots, the more likely he is to hit someone. some of the best players do that too

@rooskiedood Hmm in my defense, when I am behind people, my shots rarely miss; they find their mark. When I am suppressing, however, I do miss a lot, because those were meant to keep the other side's heads down for teammates to maneuver. But, yes, the more you shot, the more likely you'll hit. Victory via superior fire power.

@infuglenn 2 mid caps is more then enough. I often didn't even need to reload for a whole round. I usually carry about 4 pistol mags, that's about 100 to 110 BBs total.

With 2 mid caps, that's 200 to 240 BBs. That's double what I usually carry! So, yeah, quite enough.
