  • @vdutta55 they can be a good explosive power & conditioning workout to improve your muscle endurance. To increase your explosive movements with sports whether it be jumping higher, sprinting, or lateral movement. Its over all great moves for increase a overall athletes muscle endurance, speed and power.

  • Would it be better to take something like Jack3d before this or not? I know when I ran around a 3 miles lake 3 times and felt no tireness at all after taking Jack3d. without it, i can't even do 2 laps.

  • @MrSaeteurn yea jack3d is definitely serious, you could probably run through this pretty strong with that preworkout supplement before you do the workout.

  • @Joel89mx This will help increase your running speed your jumping height and alot of other performance movements. You can perform this 2 to 3 times a week really you should get to the point you can do 3 to 5 sets of this. Maybe one day a week do this with a weighted vest. You would be a total beast man!
