@TheFi3Ndx This jumping around is not gonna help you much.. if you want to build legs i suggest you do classic bodybuilding workout like squats, leg extensions and others

@vdutta55 they can be a good explosive power & conditioning workout to improve your muscle endurance. To increase your explosive movements with sports whether it be jumping higher, sprinting, or lateral movement. Its over all great moves for increase a overall athletes muscle endurance, speed and power.
Would it be better to take something like Jack3d before this or not? I know when I ran around a 3 miles lake 3 times and felt no tireness at all after taking Jack3d. without it, i can't even do 2 laps.
@MrSaeteurn yea jack3d is definitely serious, you could probably run through this pretty strong with that preworkout supplement before you do the workout.
@dogandbirds this is like a high intense cardio if you do a few sets of it, it definitely gets your heartrate with every set if thats what your looking for its very functional and well increase explosive movements with either anything joint, kicking power speed, or sprinting

You can perform this 2 to 3 times a week really you should get to the point you can do 3 to 5 sets of this. Maybe one day a week do this with a weighted vest. You would be a total beast man!
