a lot of people get really scared about mosh pits and getting shoved, but i've been to lots of hardcore concerts, and it isn't hard to stay out of them. and staying out of them doesn't necessarily mean you have to stay in the back. personally, i either just yell at them or go off to the side until it's clear.

Do you want to really know how to do this. Keep this in mind you are going to spend money to be stuck in insane heat with no shade, the medics there suck and I saw them let a guy have a seizure when had clearly OD I was there for food poisoning. Another thing is a lot of underage girls will approach you go there with "friends" and last but not least avoid the pit, if you have a bad temper no pits srsly, you will get a hxc dancer to the head and than beat em and get tossed.
