Its not coming out May 24th. May 24th is on a Thursday and Video Games MAINLY come out on Tuesdays.

Also, if you look at the license plates, it has OCT on it, so in my opinion, I think the game will be out in Mid-October.

Wait, so you're saying that just becuase there's a number on a house that it's the release date? I'm sorry, but that's bullshit. Maybe if it said 240512 then you'd have a case, but they could've put any random number on the house and people would think that's the release date. tbh, i think that they delayed mp3 so they could release gta 5 in march instead codinating with the poster we saw in the bogt booklet " liberty city, its over... (this signifying the end of the overused new-york esque city) coming march. if this does not happen it is most likly to be a fall release i.e. october. however if mp3 is delayed again then gta might just take its may 24 2012 date back.

I'm finding it hard to grasp the date. This is only because Max Payne 3 was delayed to May. So I'm not too sure if GTA 5 as well as Max Payne 3 are gonna release in the same month. That's just my opinion

I know the trailer indicates the 24th May, but this was prior to the adjustment of Max Payne 3's release date, I would say wait to see the next gta 5 trailer, possibly mid-late feb.

GTA 5 is likely to launch before Take-Two's next financial year is up, meaning a release date before April 2014.

Rockstar's rescheduling of Max Payne 3 (now launching in May instead of March), it would seem unlikely that Rockstar Games would launch both Max Payne 3 and GTA 5 in the month (May).

GTA 5's release date will therefore fall between September 2012 and March 2013.

So I would say Oct 2012, maybe the 28th.
