2Pac believe it or not could have been a genius. Biggie is so dumb compared to pac. He won awards for literature and shit while he was in high school. He knows how to write words and spit ryhmes insanely. His shit actually meant something too. Pac had a lot of explicit lyrics, but he did not care and im a hundred percent with him on that.
