really? i find GLA tanks to be the weakest. here's the best test for unit powers. take one unit and pit it agisnt another. whichever unit kills the other first with no micro or assistence is more powerful. it's probbaly either the micro is better OR you have numerical inferiority.

The buggies piss me off the most. I play as usa, and early in the game i get rushed by a few tanks/technicals and a buggy. And that's the end of the game really, unless i spam out missile defenders.

Niether, its just a random ICBM. If I'm not mistaken, I think it is the type of missile the russians used during the Cold War.
