He definately dies, and his body despawns, after she did her AoE moonfire, i typed /tar gar and got nothing, not to mention the AoE is percentage based, and it does quite a bit more than 100% of your hp for the duration, therefore it was hitting garrosh for... several million per like .25 seconds
