  • Unbelievable, but not surprised, since my family and I know first hand about the DA officers and the lengths some will go to win a case, even if a person is innocent, they will mislead, distort and fabricate the real facts in a case, just to win!

ruin an innocent life, why? our justice system is in deep need of reform.

Please support the Criminal Justice Reform Act "S.714". All assembly leaders and those in senate seats, support this reform, lets get back to real truth and fair

    justice.

  • The Riverside County Sheriffs Department and the Palm Springs Police Department have now handed their findings over to the Attorney General's Office. Candette Hammond and Jolie Ongley have been under investigation for filing false police reports and Perjury. Hammond and Jolie Ongley have not been arrested at this time.

I saw the comment that was stated by Rod Pacheco, I am so upset that this DA office have got away with so much. They do whatever they want to "Win" their case. They take steps to ensure a defendent is convicted despite weak evidence or even clear "PROOF" of innocence. Their "Shady Grins", their antics. Those who do this need to read their own "Mission Statement", (read it) you scams of justice, justice will prevail. Their is a certain "DA" and he knows what he did.

    You small man!

  • bummer, Skipping internal affairs complaints is criminal.

  • News Channel 3 has confirmed the Riverside County Sheriff's Department completed a criminal investigation of a recently retired investigator with the Riverside County District Attorney's Office.

Former investigator Candette Hammond is accused of lying on official police reports. People investigated by the D.A.'s

This development may greatly affect hundreds of criminal cases Investigator Hammond handled in her decades of service with the District Attorney's Office.

  • Riverside County Homicide Cover up of Nye Frank Famous Race Car Builder in front of his wife 72 year old Lee Breedlove-Frank world Land Speed Record Holder

  • Now the Court of Appeals has AFFIRMED IN FULL that Ex. D.A. Investigator Luis Bolanos told the truth and that the only individuals that lied was his ex, Senior Investigator Candette Hammond, and of course.....supported by "Not so Hot Rod" and his GANG. Stand by for this Federal Law Suit to run its course. It appears Luis Bolanos and Eilleen Hunt refuse to be Mr. Pacheco's victims and are fighting back! Hopefully folks will come out of the woodwork to show their support!

  • Lead investigator Candette Hammond developed an "inappropriate" relationship with Bolaños' ex-wife (Jolie Bolaños/Alfego/Morgan/Ryan/Ongley) and lied in the report that led to the attempted prosecution of Senior Investigator Luis Bolaños. FBI and Grand Jury Investigates Riverside D.A.'s office

  • Riverside Superior Court judge issues "Very rare" Factual Finding of Innocence to Senior Investigator Luis Bolaños. As a result, he is 100% exonerated and vindicated by Riverside Superior Court. Judge SLAMS Riverside County District Attorney's office for conducting an incomplete investigation which resulted in the Attorney General's office "Rubber Stamping" this incomplete investigation.

  • Riverside District Attorney Rod Pacheco proudly bragged:

"Good prosecutors win their cases, but it takes a great prosecutor to put an innocent man in prison"

  • "The straw that broke the camel's back was a statement he made that good prosecutors win their cases, but it takes a great prosecutor to put an innocent man in prison," Baugh said in a recent telephone interview. "The statement was one of the most offensive things I ever heard."

Several Assembly Republicans were present when Pacheco made the statement in a meeting room at the Capitol, and shortly thereafter, they moved to recall him as Assembly minority leader in April 1999.
