You need to give us more pertinent information. Basically every B.O.D. pedal you demo performs incredibly well.

What I'm interested in knowing is, how many gain stages.

Is it transistor, op amp or digital.

Is the distortion from overdriving with the multiplier stages or the use of clipping diodes.

Lastly, is the PC board double sided AND, AND!, are the components nanoboard(ugh) or your traditional sized caps, resistors, transistors, p-dip op amps etc.

That's not over the top what so ever. It's far more important information than this guy playing each pedal through the same amp then using useless salesman catch phrases like smooth, creamy, dark, grind, edgey, bright blah blah blah.

Direct recordings rather than through the amp as well as that information wouild tell a lot of people if it will in fact mesh with their amp. All we really know is how these pedals sound with HIS amp and as it stands, they all pretty much sound the same.

e foda escolher um pedal de dist gni parece ser bom depende do gosto mais acho q funcionaria bem com amp valvulado depois de um tempo usando amp valvulado parece q falta algo mais tipo uma dist diferente alem do amp gostei deste pedal esta entre ele e o HBE BIG D outro q esta na veia daria um timbre maneiro num amp valvulado. se for solid state e melhor usar uma pedaleira nao compensa gastar dinheiro em pedais individuais para estudio talvez compense gravar num timbre maneiro

Tenho um DD1 e é muito bom ( precisa tribrar bem ), não é o melhor pedal do mundo, mas é muito bom. Tenho BB preamp, Barber, OCD, Vox, e vários outros e vários amplis. Os pedais da NIG têm qualidades iguais aos importados.

Whats the difference between overdrive and distortion?

Overdrive is what happens when you play through a Tube amp, and crank the volume/gain up high, and the tubes "overdrive" and make a crunchy distortion type sound. Since not everybody has a Tube Amp, you can duplicate this sound with a pedal. Distortion and Overdrive sound similar, but distortion is thicker and more ballsy. Overdrive is a smooth Stevie Ray Vaughan sound with some raspy crackles.

Putting distortion units in front of a solid state sounds like shit though. Thats why most solid state modeling amps MODEL distortion for you. So you don't need to spend your money on boutique pedals.

Overdrive is the natural break up you get from turning your volume up. Distortion is all about gain.
