Absolutely 100% a goal. It's so frustrating to witness such a great game played by both teams in Dallas be decided by some guys in suits in Toronto. I don't understand how, knowing the game of hockey, they could even deem it physically possible for Malhotra to intentionally kick that puck in. Great effort btw to affod kicking the goalie in the face.

watch the arial view. right before his left skate enters the crease it changes direction from skating forward on one leg to adjusting to a right movement into the crease connecting with the puck and therefore guiding it in. NO GOAL bitches.

I didnt say he kicked it. I said he guided it with his skate and then directed it into the net. depending on your weight distribution and whether your force of gravity is nil you can manuever one skate easily. i skate so i know. just like how ice skaters do tricks on one skate. just because one leg is off the ice dosent mean you are retarded. malhotra knew what he was doing i saw the look on his aface after he did it. i was sitting 4th row from glass. he looked guilty because he knew himself.

at the very least Malhotra tried to drag that puck towards the open side.

whether there was intent to actually put it in, I'm not sure, BUT while he was falling, his leg does make the motion of a kick. Because of that, it's automatically no-goal.

I'm a Blue Jackets and Malhotra supporter, so it's a shame to see such a valiant effort, and only get one point.

It'd be a tough OTL for either side.

Manny was looking in the direction of his feet so he would not skate over the goaltender. Perhaps he was looking down in the direction of the goal line to see if the puck had crossed.
