Chandler and Price 10 x 15 Old Style Gordon Job Press

Is that a contra-rotating ink disc? My 1907 8 x 12 has what looks to be a contra-rotating centre to the disc -- I can see what looks like a join on the face of the disc, but not the underneath. The other ear is missing on my press, as is the gripper bar and gripper fingers. The gripper ears on the platen that the gripper bar fits into are damaged (one broken and gone, the other bent and just breaking) that's why it was laid up 25 years ago, I suspect.
