Benji doesn't know how to dance, he only knows how to make hard moves. You can see in this battle that the only "interesting" entrance that benji took place is at 5:12 which is the only where it goes on with a little top rock and footwork. Make yourself a favor and learn how to see breakdance.
Props to both bboys, but only one bboy can win. Bboy crumbs was too much for Benji. I've seen benji take other bboys to school but crumbs was too much. Benji had too many repeats and crumbs kept it fresh. This battle was like a hyena vs a lion
The most amazing thing in this video is that the first 5 rounds Crumbs only does his old tricks. Those 5 rounds can be divided into 1 round for Crumbs and 4 roundos for Benji.
But the in the other half of the video Crumbs owned Benji big time. You can see that Benji can not go for more than 5 rounds without getin tired and missing his freezes all the time.
But Crumbs does only new moves in rythm with the music and that gets the crowd hype.

It's just amazing to see how many new people that get into breaking have no knowledge of the past pioneers responsible for making breaking big in korea or in the world. Physics was still just a rook, and no 1 knew who hong 10 was while Benji , crumbs, reveal ,kmel etc were killing the scene.these dudes deserve awsome respect.
There are lots of reasons why people hate on benji. Here almost never does footwork, he is constantly off beat because all he does is tricks, and he faces the crowd when he battles ignoring his opponent. That dude has got some amazing moves, but he is not about expressing himself through thru dance. He would feel the music more if he was. He is a poser who loves the attention the crowd gives him.
There is obviously 2 schools of thought here in this matter. The more traditional evolution of bboying (crumbs) and benjis own interpretation of it. I am a fan and supporter of both of these guys cuz crumbs in his own right has taken bboying to another level. Benji uses his strengths to express what he feels is necassary. Benji doesn't know how to dance, he only knows how to make hard moves. You can see in this battle that the only "interesting" entrance that benji took place is at 5:12 which is the only where it goes on with a little top rock and footwork. Props to both bboys, but only one bboy can win. Bboy crumbs was too much for Benji. I've seen benji take other bboys to school but crumbs was too much. Benji had too many repeats and crumbs kept it fresh. This battle was like a hyena vs a lion

The most amazing thing in this video is that the first 5 rounds Crumbs only does his old tricks. Those 5 rounds can be divided into 1 round for Crumbs and 4 roundos for Benji.
But the in the other half of the video Crumbs owned Benji big time. You can see that Benji can not go for more than 5 rounds without getin tired and missing his freezes all the time.
But Crumbs does only new moves in rythm with the music and that gets the crowd hype.
Crumbs won this one.

crumbs is very unorthodox and simple.
benji has alot of explosives and complicated moves that not alot of people can do.
crumbs lost this battle in my opinion and im not too keen with his style.

It's just amazing to see how many new people that get into breaking have no knowledge of the past pioneers responsible for making breaking big in korea or in the world. Physics was still just a rook, and no 1 knew who hong 10 was while Benji , crumbs, reveal ,kmel etc were killing the scene.these dudes deserve awsome respect.

There are lots of reasons why people hate on benji. Here almost never does footwork, he is constantly off beat because all he does is tricks, and he faces the crowd when he battles ignoring his opponent. That dude has got some amazing moves, but he is not about expressing himself through thru dance. He would feel the music more if he was. He is a poser who loves the attention the crowd gives him.

There is obviously 2 schools of thought here in this matter. The more traditional evolution of bboying (crumbs) and benjis own interpretation of it. I am a fan and supporter of both of these guys cuz crumbs in his own right has taken bboying to another level. Benji uses his strengths to express what he feels is necassary.
