The cat isn't actually "sleepy." In cat language, direct eye contact has a very aggressive meaning. When cats in the same colony look at each other, they squint their eyes, a sign of friendship. The most direct human equivalent expression is a smile. So basically, the cat is friends with the pig. :)
My Chihuahua LOVES my pigs. I would never leave them together like that, but when I'm holding my one guy, my dog wants to be best friends with him and vice versa. Too cute.

My cat has slept with my guinea pigs. Even though they kept on walking over her, she slept well. :)

@ForcedToSignUp The cat's ears aren't pulled back, and the cat keeps looking away while closing his eyes. That signals contentment.
