I went to the midnight showing. Even when we got there an hour ahead of time, the place was packed full. The movie was great, but something happened and it messed up 3 times before it started back again. We missed a little bit of it, but besides that, Eclipse was the best movie I have ever seen.
my aunt is a manager in a movie theater and she invited me to go. the theater was packed and heckted. the other manager had to use a speaker to shut everyone up. i sat inside while the theater was cleaned and got a good seat. as soon as the doors open everyone ran in. the older woman were acting crazier than the girls. when jacob first showed up in the movie, a skinny asian boy freaked out and started jumping and screaming and was told to shut up too. it was great!
My theater was so freaking packed!! Security had to escort people to their arranged times. It was me and my friends and we were there like 3 hours before the movie started. Eclipse was great. And i hope it makes more money than New Moon because it deserves it!!

I loved eclipse it was the best movie I have ever seen. I got to the theater at 10:30pm and it was crowed. My mom didn`t get a chance to park at the theater, we had to park across the street at texas road house where it was still packed! We had to sit right infront of the screen even though we got there at 10:30. I told my friends to give me your money and me and my friend makayla would go get popcorn, drinks and whatever else we wanted, and I waited in line for A HALF HOUR!!!

it wasnt too bad for us in New Zealand, and waiting in line was fine. the cinemas did an awsome job with the flow of foot traffic, but i think i made the mistake of watching all three as it was boring watching the first, the second was bearable but the last, thats when it got crazy...
when i went outside to get some fresh air the mall carpark magically filled like CRAZY. when i went back into the foyer ALL the cinemas were showing eclipse (12 cinemas in total). i thought that was cool. as for the planning... we went there in pyjamas

Haha it wasn't that bad. For a midnight show, yeah, it wasn't that bad, like you said because it was on a Wednesday. It was fun though. People were taking pics with the screen. It was kind of amusing :P

It was pretty sad. We had a triple feature at my theater, we had to get our tickets a week beforehand, the people that didn't had to wait in the line around the theater because there wasn't anymore room inside...It made me feel sad, and glad...Awesome!

The therater was pakced but the manager was being retarded and wouldn't let anyone in line until 10 o'clock so there were like 2 hundred people playing the arcade games. It was the best movie ever. :)
The midnight show I was at was oversold in fact at the 6 six rooms that was showing the film was sold out!!! It was so much fun my friends and I were hoping from theater to theater to say hi to friends that also attended the midnight showing!!!
I watched Eclipse with my mom, my BFF and my lil sis. We all got our tickets for free because someone sponsored us. The movie was really great! We all loved it! I'm planning to watch it again this coming Saturday with my niece.
I couldnt go on the 30th because I was travellinfg, I saw it yesterday though, and the cinema was unbelievably PACKED! Not one seat was empty and the theater could hold 400 people! It was also surprsing that there were a LOT of guys, which is awesome, Twilight could teach them a lesson or two :) Eclipse was awesome, it was beautifully done, and I loved the dialog and the darkness of it! I think David Slade has captured the feel of the movies the most! :))
i went to the midnight showing and I LOVED IT!!! i waited in line for 6 hours with 5 other friends and my big brother who just graduated! he decided he would read Eclipse so he could be prepared for the movie but he didnt read the first two but he did see Twilight and New Moon. oh my goodness it lived up to everyones expectations!!!! AH-MAZING! i took my sister the day after it was released and both of my big brothers went also! they have also decided to read the whole series too!
My theater I went to was completely packed! They had to have bouncers because people were trying to sneak in!!!! Seriously....I mean I love Twilight and all but to try and sneak in at the midnight showing...that is just ridiculous! I mean when it comes down to it if me and my friends didn't buy the tickets ahead of time we wouldn't have been disappointed that we couldn't get to the midnight showing. But Ya I agree if they had released it out on a Friday it would have destroyed the records!!!
eclipse is my favorite book and i havn't seen the movie yet but i hope its as good as everyone says. Also i hope most of the good scenes like the tent scene are "hot" and "steamy" as everyone says.
Well i went to the midnight showing at my local, and actually wasnt that packed full, about 90% of the people were there for the previous 2 films which were shown before. That being said this film was 100 times better than the previous 2 which i actuallu enjoyed, dnt know why but i did. Eclipse was just so much better with the action scenes, funny scences in the tent, which i was laughing my head off at was hilarious and u got to know about some of the characters, was a very good film, loved it.

I went to see this movie on July 1st (which is Canada Day). The theater was half empty becuase everyone was in downtown Ottawa celbrating (this is why I chose this date =D). I thought it would be crazy but I found awesome seats altough I was late!!! I think New Moon was crazier :)
It wasnt that bad but they had a 3am showing along with midnight and they both took up the WHOLE theater! The place was prettypacked but not that bad. We have a really big theater. Saw it yesterday at preview showing, and it was....AWESOME!! AND EPIC!! only thing wrong with it was jacob, he made me very angry :@ TEAM EDWARD FOREVER!!
I went yesterday thinking that the crowd would be smaller, I was wrong! I went to a 10:15AM showing and the seats were all filled and a line was already outside the door when we left. Both to get into the theater and the rooms themselves. Amazing.
Yeah me and my friend went to midnight and we got there at 10:00 and it was packed. there was a line from the front of the thearte all the way to the back, where I was, and then i looped back to the front again. it was insane. then i went later at 6:50 and saw it again! amazing movie.
and of course people were still asking for tickets... and i was like SO hyper cause i hadnt slept and i ate a lot of suger/caffine. So i got on my friends shoulder and i was like " WOW THERES A LOT OF PEOPLE!" it was halarious and then i spilt my friends drink on her cast so that was nasty...
Ok i went to get a ticket 3 days before the showing cause all my friends were going and the were SOLD OUT!! and i live in a really really small town so that was weird... ok well i didnt get my ticket and i literally start crying in the movie theater but then my friend called and they got their tickets the first day they came out and her little sister had gotten sick so i got a ticket and we got there at 10:30 and we were in the very back of the line (my story continues in the next comment)
One thing that is genius about how David Slade did this movie is that the trailers weren't really as interesting but when you actually saw the movie it was AMAZING and it makes sense why the trailers were like that....because there was so much you couldn't fit it into a few trailers!!!!

in north carolina, well the movie theater i went to, closed all the other movies and had like 30 mindinght showings, and they were all packed!! not a single seat was open. craziness! but the people in front of me would make the loudest noises and they wud cuss each other out. it was sooo funny :D <3
The new Director was so much better doing this movie, He was soo much better. I read and interview that he wanted kind of redo the series with this movie, he wanted to make the movie a big box office hit because it's supossed to be like that because of the books. The Movie is supossed to be really good. The Director stated he wanted to restart the series with this 3rd installment because the other 2 were SHIT!!! He sayed the movies are supossed to recap of the other 2 movies.

I saw it yesterday in Ireland. It was the opening day. Eclipse has definitely been the best of the series so far...the only bad thing is that its 18 months until breakin dawn! The romance and action were amazing! And the performances by Kristen, Taylor and Robert were outstanding! I'm definitely going to go se it again!
I went to see the midnight screening....It was amazing, I totally loved it. Eclipse is the best movie ever made so far(Not only from the TS)!!!!!! I think that Kristen's interpretation of bella's character was much much better and Rob looked so much hotter iin this movie especially comparing to the way he looked in New Moon. The music fitted perfectly and the whole movie was very intense and full of action...
I saw this today in the UK at Cheshire Oaks at 11:30am! It was AMAZING! Bryce Dallas Howard was really good as Victoria and Riley was also good. Charlie was soo funny too. My dad is 51 and he likes the Saga and even he was laughing. I will no and forever on respect Rosalie. she was sooo creepy in that dress!1

I went to see it today . one word AMAZING. my eyes could barely take all the amazing shot. I loved how film 1 and film 2 is kind of both mixed into this one. the humor was great specially with charlie. and also how they showed alice visions and each characters past.

The midnight showing I was at was on a friday.. It was a preview screening it doesn't come out till the Ninth in the UK but their was preview screenings this weekend.

And the weirdest thing is that ast the bottom I see " Dress like an idiot to make idiots like you" WTF? Just like on the Clevvertv Eclipse video same thing. The film portrayed the book perfectly for me. It showed the joy, pain and happiness all the characters had to endure and i would quite happily say that i came in with goosebumps and the film left me wuite literally breathless. The story of Eclipse was the beginning of Jacobs pain and in breaking dawn we get to see more of what he has to deal with. I love how the film brought Edward and Jacob together in a comical and beautiful way. I HONESTLY COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE FROM THIS FILM. BREATHTAKING.

@xxJoDiExx23 I think he was being very selfish. He KNEW that she loved Edward more (she told him at the end of New Moon), and how much pain a love triangle can cause (because of being connected to the pack -Sam's experience), yet he still kept pushing. Even if Bella had chosen him, there was a high probability that he would dump her one day when he imprinted on some one else. As for his kiss me or I'm going to get myself killed stunt - despicable!
But it was such a boring movie without emotion! Catherine back. Don't let the male directors waste these series...

I went to see it June 30th at 1am with my friend, cousin, and brother!
Of course the theater got packed, but we still got good seats cause
we got there an hour and a half early! The movie is awesome, just like
the book! Of course the book has a great deal of detail but it was still
amazing! Im a huge fan!!! I also went to see Eclipse AGAIN July 3rd, this
time with my husband and my 2 daughters! My 4 year old loved as well!!!

it had 4 room of the movie lol, i kinda regret going there cause those idiotic girls kept screaming and screaming.. it was really f*@!# annoying.

I couldnt go on the 30th because I was travellinfg, I saw it yesterday though, and the cinema was unbelievably PACKED! Not one seat was empty and the theater could hold 400 people! It was also surprsing that there were a LOT of guys, which is awesome, Twilight could teach them a lesson or two :) Eclipse was awesome, it was beautifully done, and I loved the dialog and the darkness of it! I think David Slade has captured the feel of the movies the most! :))

i went to the midnight showing and I LOVED IT!!! i waited in line for 6 hours with 5 other friends and my big brother who just graduated! he decided he would read Eclipse so he could be prepared for the movie but he didnt read the first two but he did see Twilight and New Moon. oh my goodness it lived up to everyones expectations!!!! AH-MAZING! i took my sister the day after it was released and both of my big brothers went also! they have also decided to read the whole series too!

My theater I went to was completely packed! They had to have bouncers because people were trying to sneak in!!!! Seriously....I mean I love Twilight and all but to try and sneak in at the midnight showing...that is just ridiculous! I mean when it comes down to it if me and my friends didn't buy the tickets ahead of time we wouldn't have been disappointed that we couldn't get to the midnight showing. But Ya I agree if they had released it out on a Friday it would have destroyed the records!!!

eclipse is my favorite book and i havn't seen the movie yet but i hope its as good as everyone says. Also i hope most of the good scenes like the tent scene are "hot" and "steamy" as everyone says.

Well i went to the midnight showing at my local, and actually wasnt that packed full, about 90% of the people were there for the previous 2 films which were shown before. That being said this film was 100 times better than the previous 2 which i actuallu enjoyed, dnt know why but i did. Eclipse was just so much better with the action scenes, funny scences in the tent, which i was laughing my head off at was hilarious and u got to know about some of the characters, was a very good film, loved it.

I went yesterday and it was still packed! It was INSAINE! I loved it though. It was absolutly amazing but it would have been 100x better if it weren't for those annoying loud people next to me. But yeah, best Twilight yet. I can't wait for Breaking Dawn.

There was a fight at my theater. This pregnant lady wanted to like beat the crap out of this younger girl because she called the manager on a marine and his girlfriend because the girl who called was saving seats when she shouldnt have been. The pregnant lady was vicious.

I went to see this movie on July 1st (which is Canada Day). The theater was half empty becuase everyone was in downtown Ottawa celbrating (this is why I chose this date =D). I thought it would be crazy but I found awesome seats altough I was late!!! I think New Moon was crazier :)

It wasnt that bad but they had a 3am showing along with midnight and they both took up the WHOLE theater! The place was prettypacked but not that bad. We have a really big theater. Me and my friend were a little overdressed but THAT MEANS WERE BIGGER FANS! We spent ALL day getting ready! CRAZINESS! There were people in cars driving around shouting 'TWILIGHT' at all the passers by! IT WAS HILARIOUS! Up and down the streets to random passerbys saying 'GO SEE ECLIPSE UP THE ROAD!' It was awesome! I went yesterday thinking that the crowd would be smaller, I was wrong! I went to a 10:15AM showing and the seats were all filled and a line was already outside the door when we left. Both to get into the theater and the rooms themselves. Amazing.

Yeah me and my friend went to midnight and we got there at 10:00 and it was packed. there was a line from the front of the thearte all the way to the back, where I was, and then i looped back to the front again. it was insane. then i went later at 6:50 and saw it again! amazing movie.

and of course people were still asking for tickets... and i was like SO hyper cause i hadnt slept and i ate a lot of suger/caffine. So i got on my friends shoulder and i was like " WOW THERES A LOT OF PEOPLE!" it was halarious and then i spilt my friends drink on her cast so that was nasty...

Ok i went to get a ticket 3 days before the showing cause all my friends were going and the were SOLD OUT!! and i live in a really really small town so that was weird... ok well i didnt get my ticket and i literally start crying in the movie theater but then my friend called and they got their tickets the first day they came out and her little sister had gotten sick so i got a ticket and we got there at 10:30 and we were in the very back of the line (my story continues in the next comment)

One thing that is genius about how David Slade did this movie is that the trailers weren't really as interesting but when you actually saw the movie it was AMAZING and it makes sense why the trailers were like that....because there was so much you couldn't fit it into a few trailers!!!!

I got there at 10:30 and it was alread full! I could have gotten there early but I went for a coffee which wasn't smart because after the movie i couldn't go to sleep. Then my friend shows up at 11:00 and we take our seat but we still have to wait forever for the movie to start. And we start scarming when the trailer of Paranormal Activiy 2 came out and i started crying for the new Zac E. Movie. Then we played w/ my twilight dolls :)

the midnight premiere was carzy!!! so many people. the theatre i went to had 14 theatere's in it and all were sold out!!!!!! it was insanly packed. i was one of the first 10 people in line at 7. it was so worth it though!!!

in north carolina, well the movie theater i went to, closed all the other movies and had like 30 mindinght showings, and they were all packed!! not a single seat was open. craziness! but the people in front of me would make the loudest noises and they wud cuss each other out. it was sooo funny :D <3

The new Director was so much better doing this movie, He was soo much better. I read and interview that he wanted kind of redo the series with this movie, he wanted to make the movie a big box office hit because it's supossed to be like that because of the books. The Movie is supossed to be really good. The Director stated he wanted to restart the series with this 3rd installment because the other 2 were SHIT!!! He sayed the movies are supossed to recap of the other 2 movies.

I saw it yesterday in Ireland. It was the opening day. Eclipse has definitely been the best of the series so far...the only bad thing is that its 18 months until breakin dawn! The romance and action were amazing! And the performances by Kristen, Taylor and Robert were outstanding! I'm definitely going to go se it again!

I went to see the midnight screening....It was amazing, I totally loved it. Eclipse is the best movie ever made so far(Not only from the TS)!!!!!! I think that Kristen's interpretation of bella's character was much much better and Rob looked so much hotter iin this movie especially comparing to the way he looked in New Moon. The music fitted perfectly and the whole movie was very intense and full of action...

I saw this today in the UK at Cheshire Oaks at 11:30am! It was AMAZING! Bryce Dallas Howard was really good as Victoria and Riley was also good. Charlie was soo funny too. My dad is 51 and he likes the Saga and even he was laughing. I will no and forever on respect Rosalie. she was sooo creepy in that dress!1

I went to see it today . one word AMAZING. my eyes could barely take all the amazing shot. I loved how film 1 and film 2 is kind of both mixed into this one. the humor was great specially with charlie. and also how they showed alice visions and each characters past.

And the weirdest thing is that ast the bottom I see " Dress like an idiot to make idiots like you" WTF? Just like on the Clevvertv Eclipse video same thing. The film portrayed the book perfectly for me. It showed the joy, pain and happiness all the characters had to endure and i would quite happily say that i came in with goosebumps and the film left me wuite literally breathless. The story of Eclipse was the beginning of Jacobs pain and in breaking dawn we get to see more of what he has to deal with. I love how the film brought Edward and Jacob together in a comical and beautiful way. I HONESTLY COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE FROM THIS FILM. BREATHTAKING.

He KNEW that she loved Edward more (she told him at the end of New Moon), and how much pain a love triangle can cause (because of being connected to the pack -Sam's experience), yet he still kept pushing. Even if Bella had chosen him, there was a high probability that he would dump her one day when he imprinted on some one else. As for his kiss me or I'm going to get myself killed stunt - despicable!
