Thanks for the information. So my favorite effect is a fan then! Obviously it's largely organic. My best. d p.s. You purchased my H.G. and I purchased (from your purchaser) your POG.
Chris. Do you mind exposing your effect(s) on that video. I know it's not the purpose but there seems to be some subtle delay or reverb and here and there an added octave. It may all be your brilliant organic quality but if there is an effect it is wonderfully understated adding to the tonal quality. Thanks. d
ya know, the ceiling fan is on too that might have added to the sound. I hear what you mean by the "octave" effect it seems to come out on certain notes. I think it's the ghosting effect people talk about with tube amps when they are overdriven. The harpgear is what? 5watts? I'm surprised it isn't blown up! LOL
This is Great stuff, Chris!!! Just the kind of thing I have been looking for. I want to know this - do you have any recommendations as far as any text that would explain this?
I really like the 3rd position stuff. Great playing & great teaching!
The Jazz Theory Book by Mark Levine is a must have. You really don't need anything other than that book. Don't get his Jazz Piano book because it's almost the exact same thing but with less information.
Yes, He died of a stroke on December 16th, 2010.

Very interesting lesson!
At the end,, are you playing the RE10 right into a PA or amp? You don't seem to have much distortion on the sound, and I like it.

I made a vid on all of my effects last week.
In this video it's just me into my board via wireless with only the BOSS DM-2 activated and then into one of the original harpgear amps

texts that teach harmonica or modes (music theory)?
I'm getting set up to give private online lessons so that may be another option as well.

Music theory - Thanks.
