I had to pretend that I gave my first kiss a while ago because of the pressure people where putting on me. It got them off my back but got me thinking. On one hand, i don't think a first kiss should be important enough to have that kind of pressure/drama about it. Litterally a kiss is just an action to show emotion/afeection. I don't think it's necessarily about saving your first kiss for marriage, I think it's about being careful about relationships, setting and keeping standards, and encouraging guys to be gentlemen instead of rewarding them for being jerks.

my prince turned into a frog.... but you know what? he was my first kiss, oh well, life goes on, a kiss only means something if you want it to... iv kissed my best friend, and it wasnt cuz i wanted to be with them, it was just afffection that was needed at the time... Its all how you see it :)

I had to pretend that I gave my first kiss a while ago because of the pressure people where putting on me. It got them off my back but got me thinking. On one hand, i don't think a first kiss should be important enough to have that kind of pressure/drama about it. Litterally a kiss is just an action to show emotion/afeection. But on the other hand, it' still an important experience and all, and i understand people not wanting to waste it. Hell,I don't want to waste it. Truthfully,it confuses me.

Beacuse, when the right boy does come along, he's going to want to know that you'll be faithful to him. If he sees how you act with the 'frogs', your prince may be scared off. This song is great. Cheesy but great! I'm a Christian man and I agree with this song completely. You girls should protect yourselfs from bad guys. But I think the media has done a really good job of portraying all guys as complete losers, perverts, jerks, lowlives, you name it almost anything but good. I don't think it's necessarily about saving your first kiss for marriage, I think it's about being careful about relationships, setting and keeping standards, and encouraging guys to be gentlemen instead of rewarding them for being jerks.

Regardless of what people choose to save for the day of their marriage-be it a first kiss or their virginity-a marriage isn't based on sexuality or sexual tension. Any marriage that is, is nothing but a recipe for disaster. Sex and physical touching is NOT love; anybody who tells you otherwise is a fool. Better look up 1 Corinthians 13 and rethink what love is all about-religious or not.
