    Try disconnect from a person for each person who has hurt you emotionally.

  • I don't know the mechanism. Things generally work better if you can feel the emotion you want to disconnect when you play. However I think it does work without feeling the emotion first, just hard to tell it's worked. Generally you have to be aware of your moods and reactions and not if they've changed. Loren

  • Hi Loren, thanks for posting your vids. Very nice way to disconnect. Especially, when we should keep in mind that to experience this (good instructions made available) we would probably have to fork out hundreds if not thousands of bucks. Is this a sort of pattern interruption/confusion system? Anyway, glad you posted those vids. I am sure many will benefit from them. As for myself, I played this one, and will see what will come up. :) cheers!

  • hahahahaha! wow i jumped so hard at the buzzer this time! i guess i was really concentrating (plus the volume was really high) but this was a really strange reaction i was NOT expecting...leparks, i started LAUGHING!

  • what if the depression spawns from overwhelming anxiety problems? i have been suffering from an anxiety disorder for years and its so painful at times (literally painful physical symptoms) that it throws me into a deep depression thats just as painful if not more

  • I got pregnant at a really early age. I had just turned 17. My mom till this day is still dissapointed in me, and im 21. It hurts me because I don't feel like I can lean on her for anything, she just laughs at me or gets mad. My son is now 3, and sometimes I just feel like running away. He doesnt behave at all. He never listens to me. I feel like he just walks all over me. I am 1600 miles away from my mom and step dad (i dont talk to my dad).

  • I stopped biting my nails, and gained a ton of confidence while speaking to an audience when I watched your videos in August. I was so happy I told my friends and they loved them too!

    But recently, while I was typing a paper, I started biting again! I've tried to stop, and when I watch the videos now it doesn't seem to have the same subconsious results. It's like I say "stop biting!" but my mind responds with "you'll always bite your nails!"

    Idk what to do anymore, my nails are stubs again.

  • I have no proof one way or the other. What I don't want is for you to be mentally active, just passive. Eyes closed helps some be more relaxed. Loren

  • Hi Mr Parks - thanks so much for these videos, I think they work really well - I've never experienced anything like them before! I've recently become fascinated with the subconscious mind and its massive potential- to me your technique makes complete sense. One query would be; is it always important to close your eyes/ look at your lap during the 'disconnect' part? Some videos you mention to do this, other times not.
