There are definitely a couple, brief glimpses of the melody in here that are very reminiscent of the theme from The Princess Bride. I still think that the final scene from the episode of Grey's Anatomy that features this song is one of the most moving things I've ever seen. Due to the combination of the scene itself, and, this song that just pairs up so magically.
