  • About that bar across the back suspension on "showtime": Is that a De Dion Tube or the rear steering link?

  • To everyone saying they are just pointing and shooting, I say come on!! It may not look like itbut there is a lot of skill going on here. You gotta be thinking several steps ahead, pick the right line, use the right amount of throttle at the right time, manipulate the rear steer, and when you do get in trouble keep a level head and do your best to drive out of it!! Crawling is cool, I used to do it, but you have a lot of time to react. The way they do it, you have a split second to react.

  • why does it sqeak like that?

  • how hot do these motors get

  • point and shoot,,,dont get me wrong,,its fun but not much skill involved by the looks of it,,each to their own i suppose,,awsome noise

  • I think that some of this differences has to be driver skill. I mean the way the green buggy was driven was certainly different from that of the red. Nice vehicles, both of them. Would be fun to play with I should think.

  • @ChaplainC It's the same driver driving both rigs

  • I think it would be cool to see a complete list of all of his buggies from the beginning till now, just to see how his style has improved.

  • If it's not too personal, what does Tim Cameron do for a living, and how do I get in on that lol. This would be a wicked awesome hobby to have.

  • @danzeger he owns a couple of Car washes

  • wow what a difference. He is one hell of a driver!

  • It's hard to tell without seeing them side by side but showtime looks both longer and lower?

  • @RideYourRide it is both

  • im just waiting for the "my CJ would climb up that" comments

  • showtime is a bad bitch !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I must say though they are cool. If I had the money I'd do the same.

  • Skill 30% they had the money and just floored it. :/ if I had a toy to do that take it to the dunes.

  • @Caterider if we had dunes around here we would go there but we don't

  • How you got invested in your rig? 100K

  • @towzone100 around 80k

  • That is just sick. You got skill. I need me one of these rigs. Hell with rock crawling.

  • insane

  • Hell raiser has better tires but showtime has better rubber

  • Not wearing helmet with yr head that close to the roll cage and roll over.... death by head injuries wish...

  • dude those buggys are awesome and my gpa put that kind of motor in his 57' chevy and it is bad sweet buggys

  • cool

  • i think he must stear the rear wheels to much on the green one,the red drive looks more stabel!

  • where to get plans to build the frame and the suspension of this monster?

  • It's cool to see these 2 monsters at work. I'd say show time is a lighter rig, makein it a better climber, the rockwells are awesome but heavy, maybe a real deal big block like a 572 would help hellraiser deal with its extra weight?

  • showtime would be fun to drive in the mud

  • Crazy axles man! Looks like a Swiss jeep

  • 2:05 - 2:10 .... creamed my pants a little

  • showtime is better

  • i think hellraiser with the rockwells wouldnt let him set all low as he wanted and they are two heavy

  • at 1:06 its bullshit, why would you build a bridge.. if you have a fucking buggy.

  • @kushpurpsanhydro becuase not everyone at that park has a buggy. also when the creek gets full

  • @bmxsno i know there has to be one out there cheaper. maybe not as beast as these too. but something manageable for around 10,000

  • well, we can see who the better driver was..

  • atleast the showtime driver is using it right

  • 1:03...that's how you parallel park beside a bunch of tree on a hill. :)

  • You need some fuck off big power to spin those massive wheels like that.

  • what are the price range on these fucking beasts?

  • @kushpurpsanhydro i heard you can get one for about 75,000 off i company

  • the right trucks for the next Batman movie!lol! i think the driver from the red does tthe better job!

  • @ka4172 It's the same guy lol Tim Cameron is driving both. Both are his rigs also.

  • @spydergs07 ...and Tim Cameron isn't the shitty driver of Hell Raiser.

  • @JerryGiesler09 I'm pretty sure I know Tim Cameron and I know both are his buggies HE built and drives BOTH of them. Yes he was driving both and he just sold his green one recently.

  • @spydergs07 maybe the green effects like "kryptonite"!

  • @ka4172 same drivers, Madram was just comparing TC's old buggy vs his new one

  • What was changed between the two buggies? Wheel base? Seems to handle everything better.

  • im impressed

  • that red ones off its face - awesome

  • Guy in green shitty driver.

  • Aint carbs a pain in the ass

  • Did he ditch the rockwells because of the extra unsprung weight or the fact that they come only with 6.72 gears?

  • showtime has a better driver

  • i swear i wish i could drive one to work.....these bitches are so fukn kool!

  • i think showtime has a little more weight then hell raiser so alittle better traction

  • Can't believe that nobody has had any eye injuries from not wearing some kind of eye protection.

  • @Flaheat its not as bad as you think in there

  • @Flaheat Ooooh, its the safety police.

  • @0000kris0000

    I was just curious.

  • these thing are the coolest things on wheels iv ever seen!!...i want a street legal one with those frames...sick!

  • @Piffydaily yeah that would be pretty sick for sure

  • @Piffydaily good luck with the street legality... but cool idea anyways

  • i dont think the buggies had as much to do with it as the experience gained between owning the 2

  • Save Aetna Mtn. for wheelin'. Sign the petition.

  • a 454 is a big block...... a very big block

  • @BigH3017 lol, this has a 454 small block in it, look it up if you don't believe me.

  • @MadRam11 ...so what was the original engine's displacement before it was made into the LSX454 small-block? 350?

  • @MadRam11 you mean like a 350 block bored to a 454 and thats why its small

  • @themaster91156 No its a completely different block. Google LSX 454 and you will find more info about it

  • @BigH3017 LSX 454...its basically an LS engine bored/stroked...

  • the green one sux

  • i don't have one of these so im prob wrong but looking at the bouncing i might would try a bit less air pressure in the tires

  • people whos say tht the driver is a noobe or cant drive didnt read the description tim cameron was driving both of those

  • @garciaarmando12 it seems people are just to effin lazy to read the description hahaha

  • Showtime > Hell Raiser

  • dude in the green one looks like an amatuer driver compare the skills the red guy is showing

  • @iuseutube2 Funny thing is they are the same driver, Tim Cameron.

  • nothing beats a swamper

  • hell raiser driver is a noobie

  • that green rig oh man LOL

  • nice man

  • Why is one of the boggers on hell raiser cut different?

  • well showtime has got some MUTHA FUKIN HORSEPOWER! jesus...!

  • No helmet, no protective clothing, no net to catch arms flying out when rolling. Run with God... :p

  • Hi,where you can buy these frames?

  • I like Showtime better but Hellraiser seems to slide around more he prob misses the "fun" in Hellraiser.

  • the tires on hell raiser are sweet, what is et up different?

  • why do they turn off do they have a sensor or somthing that kills the engine ?

  • When in doubt, throttle out!

  • is there any way i can buy one of these !?

  • @ 0:33 "ow you got me"

  • 1.24 ,,, really something you take your dog to ...bummer ,, nice driving but i am already happy whit a highway loll

  • The green one is better built but he is a shitty driver. Coming from a 13 yr old :P

  • @deathcomrad99 you need to GROW UP first before you talk like that and its not his driving its the WEIGHT of the buggy meaning there is not enough thats why its like that and 700 HP

  • @t4ford1 i would love to see you out drive me, and its not the weight, he sucks. plain and simple. He can barely control his four wheel steering.

  • @deathcomrad99 Anytime you wana come ride with us and show TC how to drive let me know and I can arrange it.

  • Hey Tim...your buggies are the badest ass vehicle I haved ever seen...can I ask how much you have in them....ball park??

  • what sort of donks are in these sound tuned up good

  • Well, this went about how I expected it to

  • how much does it cost?

  • I definitely more like HELL R :D

  • I wanna know how dose he get

All the money to make this toys happen?

  • @ALWAYSIN2SOMTHING He owns a couple of big car washes.

  • @MadRam11 just think everytime you hit the trails they get harder to go up lol

  • @ALWAYSIN2SOMTHING Tanner's own a logging company

  • That's bad-a dude.

  • not that hes out of control, but tim seems to have more in control in showtime

  • Put some stickys on hellraiser and it should perform alot better.

  • How do you keep them so damn clean?

  • the red one should be greeeeeeeeeennnn hell yeah

  • Fucking crazy.

  • 2:01 S.I.C.K

  • Imagine one of these with an Audi V10 turbo diesel

  • @MunroM84 it would fly and it wouldn't need 45 liters of gasoline per second as these...

  • what do these usually cost to build?

  • showtime driver have more expirience i think

  • Why aren't you wearing helmets?

  • either showtime has beter balance ,or the timing aint right !,,,good vid ,hot vehicules ...:)

  • idealny samochód na polskie drogi!

  • Showtime is better IMO

  • Horse power is replacement for no brain

  • damn I would be wearing some kind of filtered air element at the least.

  • hey theres this game called rigs of rods you can download it for free and its got the showtime buggy in it it looks exactly the same to

  • seems like the driver in showtime has a little better control but both buggies seem very very capable

  • @1234tche haha, its the same driver, only the green one is his old car, and the new one is.. well his new car...

  • w much would one of those lsx454 Small Block cost?

  • hell raiser look more awsomnesssss :D

  • How often do you guys get your head slammed to the frame when bouncing around?

  • @deendan1 Never, the 5 point Harness hold you in place even in a crash

  • @MadRam11 okay you guys sure have huge neck muscles ^^

  • @MadRam11 Just the arms breaking off every now and then? :-)

  • @deendan1 Seats and harness keep you so tight you cant even look behind you,

  • @deendan1 must be alot judging how they drive

    more money then brains

  • @JSTANN1982 Haha^^

but i cant judge about that beacause i dont know enough about this kind of motorsport but i think the soft and slow way wont bring you uphill !?

  • Thats cool that one can climb better than the other but settle it like they do back in the day, drag race them! lets see some dune clips too

  • Tread lightly :-) I'll be here all night. Be sure to tip your waiters and waitresses.

  • Huh, that's funny, but I understand it I think. Most off roaders use a TH350 or 400 with a low first gear and leave it there. Tim's buggies use a powerglide with a deeeep first gear. Most off roaders don't have 800hp on tap either, and 800hp+Tim's well known full throttle assaults dont=enough wheel speed to do what he needs his buggies to do. So he get's a powerglide deepends the first gear ratio and let's er' eat! I like his style!

  • I think showtime fits that buggy well! Damm, that thing is mean!

  • Showtime won. :|

  • why independent rear axles?

  • @pretzel1253 do you mean independent rear steering. if so it's just for better control

  • @jmloudon no it looks like (to me) that both front and rear axles are straight, without A-arms, which i think would be better because more clearance towards the middle of the axle where there are no tires, so a rock or boulder is less likely to hit the axles

  • I like the amount of fighting in these comments. I'm not sure about these "buggies" being "cool" in any way. But who am I to judge, this is not my forest. Please tear it apart your heart content.

  • I'll have either one.

  • wow, where do you even find a powerglide any more?

  • these buggies always get my blood pumping!

  • R.I.P mother nature.

  • Those rockwells must really screw up the green buggies weight haha, that red one drove a lot smoother.

  • No firewall. No windshield. No door. No fenders. No helmet. No goggles....

    Equals....

A good way to throw a 5 pound dirt clod at your damn head and die. I'll accept that you are willing to accept that risk, but if I find out that one of you idjuts is on state funded healthcare... I'll be pissed.

Oh, and you any of you practice throttle control? From what I can tell, when you get stuck a little, all you do is romp the pedal and hope for the best while destroying the trail.

  • Smith Motorsports Period son

  • :32 i wulda done lost my bladder

  • showtime is a better performer by what i get from this video, but both are awesome machines, well built and look like a blast, hellraiser seems like her axles are to heavy or something cant really tell wats wrong with its behavior on the trail

  • I just absolutely love this design !!!

  • Thumbs up for the tree huggers at 2:12 HAHAHA!!!

  • I am gonna make my WJ do that. :D

  • Axles are "too" heavy on hell raiser with winch on front. I think show time is more réactive with less unsprung weight and maybe lighter

    Nice buggys :)

  • I love showtime! probably the only one I look forward to watching. when the guys trying to get somewhere, he gets there. lol

  • Showtime= Nuff said

  • Where can you get 1 of these frames! I WANT 1 >.<

  • @3choFoxTrot This chassis is forsale for $7,500

  • @MadRam11 Which 1 are we talking about? The red or green 1?

  • @3choFoxTrot The Green one

  • What's the average cost to build one of these? And all of the work was done in house right? Not by others?

  • @gunzkevin Its expensive, Well over 60k

  • @gunzkevin Depends on the design and parts. These two buggies cost about what a good size new home costs!

  • first one look like it was break dancing!

  • the tires do make a difference.

  • Comment removed

  • those a bad ass

  • Cool, but Where's your helmets?

    That's just plain STUPID!!!

  • showtime is better

  • How much did one of these rigs cost?
