In schools there are classes called foreign language and there's also google translate, but it's not really helpful-not correct translations for alot of words

@Katiebee28 writing and speaking are different, does anyone know that and don't say you do because your comment proves you don't know the difference. Someone can learn to read and write a different language, but not know how to pronounce the letters/words of that language. There are many pronouncations of the english alphabet. I can write in Japanese but not speak it

@abbyhuxtable it doesn't matter who you are or where you come from to understand a different language. Miley has fans all over the world, not just America. In schools there are classes called foreign language and there's also google translate, but it's not really helpful-not correct translations for alot of words

@abbyhuxtable no one said you had to listen to a song from Japan, some people can understand songs that are in a different language than there native tongue and many had classes that helped them learn to at least understand what is being said, to help communicate.
