i had this phoen for a year and just got the pantech link. its a nice phone, but the back cover after like a week doesn't fit any more. not just me, but almost everyone in my school had that problem so if you buy it you need to buy a case. The "touch screen" on the front is just capacitive buttons so it doenst relaly matter. the keybaord is great though, that's pretty much it. its an eh phone. ; it has tons of bugs after a while thoguh

BTW the phone was great for the first few months but after that its is reboot after reboot and has so many problems, for example my (Red) End button no longer works along with the entire front side touch part...And my button in the center has lately stopped working and or my phone Says "Busy!!Working!!"

@feliciano808 it blinks becuz if u point a camera at a non flat screen tv thescreen has black lines scrolling and flickering its similar to this the csreen on he outside is a bit curved i mean the whole front outside is curved so thats why its a thing made by the camera hope i helped

ok my pantech has a lot of gliches wen i press the button to enlarge a message it gose back to the menu it shuts off all the time bye its self and it wont let me set any ring tones as my ring tone even the ones that came with it!!!!! and i have some videos and wen i go to setting and display and home screen i go to my videos and it says i have none but wen i got to my stuff it says i do WTF!!! I have the samsung eternity. it's like the mythic, only older, and all i have to say is I really miss having a physical keyboard. having a touchscreen keyboard is cool at first, but isnt always the fastest way to text.

no offence to pantech cuz they are doing great with the phone i have, impact, anyways but the pantech matrix is a kind of .... sucky phone. it doesnt have a full qwerty keyboard. its ugly. and a rip off really. the pantech is the phone i have and its worth every dime and more. so get it. plus its the only open up phone in at&t. its really great with the add on touch screen numeric keypad too. it reminds me of the envtouch. but its got colors. i like the blue personally because im nota girly girl

ok. in my opinion i think you should get this phone. because my mom has had the xenon. It's a nice phone but as soon as you drop it. you either mess it up or it breaks. My mom switched over to the samsung impression and I have the Pantech Matrix C740 and I'm getting this phone. My cousin has it. The thing I like about heavy phones is that..they are durable. It's an amazing phone and she talked me into getting it. So i hope this helped.. :)
