"black community"? Why can't Whites have their own community? When we did we landed on the moon. The best this so-called black community seem to be able to achieve is noise and violence.
I kinda feel sorry for peoplein other cities running the rat race everyday.Sure its just as bad in Nawlins as anywhere else, but our good qualities outshine everybodiy else's qualities.
I just dig the way the Hot 8 "JAMZ" with the "E Flat Blues"...Though it's been several years since their tour in France and since this video has been posted..I just can't get enough of this song!
Thank you Musiquesderues for this jivin' bluesy rockin' video!!!
I love this music! It's happy..it's funky...it makes you wan't to get up and jump up and down. When I die, I wish that the Hot 8(or similar band) will play "Ave Maria,' "What a Freind We Have In Jesus" and "When the Sain's Go Marching In" at the end of my funeral. Piqua needs to be educated on jazz funeral processions.
hey! i saw them in france! that was so good! i saw them in besancon form a fest, go see the "guigui's brass band" the brass band that has been created by some of my music teachers !
I visited New Orleans last weekend and I coudn`t help to fall in love with the city and the people... I miss it a lot and I want to move there so bad. I`m from Brazil and I identified so much with the culture and the people... Long live New Orleans! Peace!
Please don't read this its a stuipid chain letter ok okokokokokokokokkookokokokokonow you can't read it. Because you have opened this... you will get kissed on the nearest possible Friday by the love of your life... if you don't break the chain. Tomorrow will be the best day of your life. However, if you don't send this to at least 10 people by the stroke of midnight tonight you will be forever cursed in love. Just copy and paste this.. Good Luck!
MontyMusic is right about this vid. It IS off Claiborne and St. Bernard Aves, which locals call Under The Bridge. As for the quality of the video, it's all in the heart and soul of the people. Regarding Bin Laden at 6:50? Don't count him out. He's a pretty big man down there, post-K, representin' for the upcoming tour... "2nd Sunday in July. It ain't gonna be nuthin' nice!" Just divinely inspired with every variation between heaven and hell. Honest. What more could anyone need? Nada.
shout out soulj slimm mama linda tapp at 1:13 ain't no place like it i miss my city 7th wd harhead till i die look at my ppl 5:50 black can 2nd line his ass off my nigga Palph at 6:22 we call him bin laden at 6:50
Just beautiful beautiful beautiful beautiful music. New Orleans is the most musical city in the United States. Nowhere else even comes close. My heart aches for all New Orleanians who lost something in Katrina. New Orleans was a beautiful place populated by beautiful souls. You can't buy that.
Absulotely awesome beautiful New Orleans. No place like it on Earth. Or Mars.

@ScottfromTexas You love those Nazis, don't you. Did you hear they lost WWII? I bet you are still mourning the fact.

@doctorj2u - why didn't you answer the question - why can't Whites have a community of their own or can every other group have one except Whites?
