This is a great example of the lowest of the low. I remember in sixth grade they decided I was "special" and without any testing threw me into special education classes. For the next 2 1/2 years the teachers I had kept telling me I wasn't smart enough to be in normal classes despite the fact that I had an A+ in all of their classes. Eventually I finally got to take a test, I tested out and graduated with a GPA of 3.6. Later on I received a bachelors at UW with a 3.8. Live life on your own terms.

Do these teachers even get trained on how to handle difficult situations with students? You never threaten a student. Even if he's the one who started it. Even if he's been making things difficult with his behaviors. It's not easy keeping control of one's responses, but a good teacher is able to do so.

"Special needs" in this case means he is at risk for fighting, verbally (possibly physically) abusive to his teachers and other adults, and has zero respect for society. This is a bullshit little snip that is intended to make this "child" look he his is a victim while trying to better himself in a cruel world.
If anyone buys into this, they either:
A. Have never worked with at risk students in a public school.
B. Are just plain naive.
C. Are both A and B.

@JohnQRandom I'm going to side with you here because back when I used to live in New York City, I was one of the top students and I had my disputes with teachers. In 3rd grade I told my teacher "Shut the fuck up, you fucking bitch!". Everybody does bad in an inner city environment and it's like a trend. As of now, I live in New Jersey and around 95% of it is suburban so I don't know what in the fictitious "God's name" he is talking about. I also hate how and what we learn here, it's like prison
