is there much work and cost involved in maintaining 2strokers. i heard its just correct oil and new piston rings every now and again. really want a mito bt

I ride a 2stroke as a daily rider, it has never let me down, aslong as you use good 2T oil and let the engine warm up before you go all out, they'll treat you well, servicing is easy and you can easily do it all yourself so you save there. if you choose to get a 2T good for you, they're great fun and don't mind anyone who says they sound like wasps, when you dump the clutch in the powerband you'll be flying and probably leaving them in a cloud of 2stroke smoke ;)
