Whether you believe Ralph or not he has amazing perspectives on the mind and existence in general that science has yet to explain. We do not yet know where thoughts come from. I personally think there is truth to Ralph's story and we can do nothing but benefit from his project concerning consciousness, free energy and the recovery of Tesla's aerial machine.

@anaiosub The knowledge of Ottis T. Carr (which he acquired from Tesla) was encoded in a book 'Dimensions of Mystery', which you can download from the Project Camelot site and other sites. For what it's worth, some of the information in that book has been decoded - and the rest of it is in the process of being decoded. Also, a prototype inspired by Carr is in the process of being built. As a member of the design team, I know this from first-hand knowledge. Fret not. the dream is alive.

So what would happen if you could limit this propulsion and add it to a car or motor vehicle. Would it not also increase the effeciency of the vehicles involved. if you take the weight or some of the weight the car produces less friction So your vehicle engine needs less power to propel your vehicle. Truck car and less damage to roadways etc. etc. etc
