Great game. I prefer the Mega Drive version though, as it doesn't look and sound quite as good, but plays faster and smoother. With up to 8 players (or even 16 in a full tournament).
I absolutely loved this game!! I also thought the multiplayer was so much fun, and glad they went for the 1single screen and knock em off rules, rather than split screen. It made it much more interesting, especially when all four of you come to the sponge on Ferry fiasco and 3 of you are trying to knock each other off the sponge while the other is trying to go along the sink! This course is fun as well.
this game was so addictive, And This game and meny like it for the megadrive and even snes were ten times the better games we get today... Games then had more and better game play
'm selling a perfect copy with all original documentation including invitation cards to micro machines parties and winner certificates for 8 player tournaments. Please check it out. Thanks!
Honestly, I have had the PS1, PS2 and PS3 and no game on those consoles has been the clear best game yet Micro Machines on the sega mega drive was. For me the greatest game ever!
i remember getting thrown across the course by the paint roller in head to head and a getting a bonus point that only happened once i've been tying to get it to happen again ever since
In my top 3 all time favourite games ever, and the Megadrive is my all time favourite console. I cant believe how long ago this was, it seems like yesterday! They just don't make them like they used to, back in the day a game was a proper game, not like today where it's all too realistic and the gameplay suffers because of it. I'd take the Sega MD over my PS3 anyday, wish I hadn't sold it! You smashed that race by the way.

Great memories! This game had a nice track editor. 4 players option was smashing. Single player mode was a bit difficult. Very recommendable.
