Shenaniganz is based off of Bennigan's.

Shenaniganz in Still Waiting is the same as the first movie, it just that there is a new resturant called Ta-Tas, and some of the old workers from Shenaniganz moved to work at Ta-Tas, which is obviously based off Hooters.
