This video is not fake because at the beginning the light is moving while the street lights are still. But the speed it's moving across the sky makes me believe this is the International Space Station. Also, the ISS takes about 2 minutes to cross the sky and can only be seen about 1 hour before sunrise(or 1 hour after sunset), both of these are true in the video.

Moving object is the International Space Station (ISS). Still object most likely the star Altair, in Aquila.

On Saturday 28th Feb 2009, viewed from around Dundee, the ISS appeared at 06h02m06sec, low in the west. It travelled eastwards, getting to its highest point above the horizon (28 degrees in the south) at 06h04h11sec. At that moment it was 687km from you. Closest pass to Aquila at 6h06m30sec. Low (10deg) in west at 06h06m47sec, setting at 06h08m55sec, range 2,156km.

For any credibility, you should have a land mark on the ground to reference. The quick movement looks more like the camera moving causing the streaking. If it were doing that, you should have been able to see it streaking against stationary objects on the ground.

I heard someone explain the theory behind the gravity amplifiers supposedly used as part of the propulsion system. He mentioned something about how unstable the craft can become at slow speeds. I'm just curious why anything, manmade or not, would fly like that. Are they just playing around or something? If that's real than that UFO seems like a toy, not a means of transportation.

i am afraid I have to agree. It is hard to take a picture of any kind of light in the night sky when you are holding the camera it will always move and any movement will make those light tails.

You can get some pretty odd looking pictures by doing this but that is about all that you can say about the results except maybe - creative.
