  • It didn't come alive until part 5 in my opinion, but those last 3 epsidoes are smashing!

  • haha nice.

  • That is euallent to the satan pit. Equelly as freaky

  • I won this on audiobook in DWM recently so i can't wait till i astart listening to it

  • (shudders) mutants

  • jons finest story, it was firsts and lasts, it was the first apperance of the evil primords, and the last regular apperance of caroline john, and the last apperance of the original tardis console which dated back to 1963.

  • It would be cool because it is an opisite world that the doctor was bad the master good

  • @BigFanofBarnif85 Too right, mate.

  • one of the finest doctor who stories ever - dark, eery, apocalyptic, with some great performances, it does the "parallel universe" idea far better than Rise of the Cybermen did in NuWho.

    great trailer

  • Inferno is a smashing story. I am glad it still exists in full colour because in black and white it wouldn't look right.

  • @randomdave30 Well that's how most people originally watched it :P

  • fantastic work

my favorite who line" can you hear the earth scream?" dw at its best

  • I loved Inferno...

  • Apparently (although the source material is an audio drama/book so probably not canon) the dictator that rules Britain in the "Inferno-verse" is actually that universe's Doctor. Interesting concept.

  • i know this kind of odd but could you tell me which audiobook you are referring to?

  • No idea I just read it somewhere mate XD

sorry I couldn't be of help, might be in Doctor Who wiki's article on Inferno

  • the guy at 00:03 is the guy from the Talons of Weng-Chiang isn't it?

  • Yep and "The Unicorn and the Wasp"

  • 8-o really? Wow i didn't know that! Im gonna rewatch it tomorrow morning :D

  • Yeah, he's the character who's married to Felicity Kendal

  • Yeah, He played Henry Gordon Jago the owner of the Palace theatre.

  • The most frightening episode ever!

  • Season 7 is my favorite Doctor Who series of all time

  • Totally agree

  • same

  • Agreed! And it was such an Important one for doctor who, as Season 6 Suffered bad ratings, it was the first Season of the Decade, New Doctor, New Production Team, New colour cameras, they started filming on videotape, so it needed to be great otherwise, Season 7 Could have seen the end of Doctor Who. Just think of the cosequences of that happening!

  • Well Season 6 does have some good points like The Mind Robber, The Invasion and The War Games, but along comes The Space Pirates. The 1st Season of the new series mirrors Season 7, a new Doctor, production team, and the Autons as well!!!

  • the regenration was diffrent and i love it when the doctor is in more pain besides being force to change is way more damging than being shot think about it you get shot change no hassle being forced you try to stop it and with that the pain is more well pain full just the way i see it as for inferno fantastic story

  • That wouldnt have made sense. The Time Lords wouldnt shoot the Doctor, they would just have kept bringing him back to Gallifrey or messing with his TARDIS like they did before until he gave in. Essentially if he kept running it wouldve gone in circles.

  • @AlexanderT21 I suppose. I just think it was somewhat dissapointing not seeing a regenaeration, or the first thing we see in colour- Patrick Troughton in somesort of vortex sequence, just like Pertwee in this episode when he gets sucked sideways through time. I mean, I loved the War Games but Episode Ten wasn't really that good. But, then again, I love every episode. Doctor Who's Doctor Who! You can't complain at the end of the day, we have something very special.

  • @thespoon94 Remember, Pertwee hadn't been cast when The War Games concluded. That's why we didn't actually see Troughton regenerate.

  • i liked Pertwees first season. Inferno and Spearhead from Space were very good.

  • Great trailer for a classic story!

  • I'm going to get this episode tomorrow!

    Awesome trailer!

  • Awesomme

  • Excellent trailer buddy! On a personal note, I would've included the truly unsettling sound effect that accompanies the Primords in any scene they're in. But still, that was awesome!

  • too right.

  • imo, the best of these mock trailers Ive ever seen. The "if you break through the earth's crust now, you'll release forces you never dreamed could exist" combined with the visions of the exploding planet Earth is truly terrifying!
