it was the most high yealding horsepower car in japan at the time so the turbo motor over there is the shit like the 350 chevy here loads of power compared to other motors

event he reviews out ontthe cars at that time said the maxima took it in accelaration and quarter mile times.. well the NA and the Turbo Automatic..

But yet again your right this 300ZX was the first from the late 80s im guessing, so yeah 200HP was alot, Yet again only 200hp out of a Turbo V6?

only 200 hp because japan had/has strict regulation on the amount of HP the engine can produce. This engine STOCK has FORGED rods, FORGED pistons, and a bottom end STOCK can handle more than 500HP. With race mods you are talking close to 900 HP - at the WHEELS. From "only a v6"

So all future people don't get mixed up...its 200hp @ the flywheel @ 6.7psi, capable of 240whp @ 10psi w/o an intercooler. And regarding ltbarkleys comments on it being 200whp, thats totally wrong as i just said, as well as his comment saying it has forged pistons...the rods are forged, the pistons are cast aluminum. The car can take approx 400-500whp on the stock bottum end.
