actually i have been driven one of those and also many other russian vechicles and never had a clutch problem...but one thing i know is, that the gear will never get in if you fon't use the clutch....and yelling and shouting won't help as well!
@crator007 Haha, they arent useless tbh ^^, they have doubleclutch, that means you have to press clutch, put gear to natural,release clutch, then press clutch again, and then you can put in another gear, you just need some skill to drive with old russian trucks.
I used to have kraz 255 and the gearbox is synchronised so you aint got to doubleclutch it. Just a first gear isn't synchronised the rest of them they are.
