thez niggaz neva got wat they deserve.....no one mentions them in them wac azz shows about hip hop greastes instead they give props to sir mix a lot and wac as mc hammer.......heltah skeltah they the greastest i still play in im whip..shout out to bbc....we need u back...hip hop r.i.p
I remember I had to go to an underground hip hop shop to get this when it came out on a mixtape. Then the tape got eaten and I had to take the ride again. It was definitely worth it. Too bad OGC and Heltah Skeltah did a Fab Five album together.
@Raydug410 i agree 100% them was the day's when so much ill music was coming out...WU-TANG, BOOT CAMP, DEF SQUADE, FLIPMODE, DAWG POUND, OUTKAST, PAC, BIG, SHIT BIG L...BIG PUN,JAY-Z, NAS...the list goe's on and on...Now these teen's got drake lil wayne the list goe's on and on...hahahaha..poor things...
@Raydug410 I was a teen growin up with birdman an g-unit and shit... wish I grew up with the culture. but still it's up to kids/young adults to choose who/what they fuck wit. I can read a god damn book so I know Herc was the Father. I'm down with all BCC shit, Fab 5, Juice Crew, Flash, Rick, EPMD, Overweight lover (in da house!!), Black Sheep, Tribe, Kane... man I could never stop. Point being, I think it's up to the listener, not the era.
@Raydug410 born 1986 so I listened to this through older brother mother older friends e.t.c. I can think of loads of people that came of age in 2000 but still kept listening to and discovering all this... there's always gonna people who are drawn to this over the shit they see on TV or hear on the radio
@Raydug410 This shit is still here. Its not that bad. I'm 19 now and yeah it was a pretty bad hip hop era to come up with but I still have access to this. There's also something sweet about listening to this while everyone else listens to their Wayne
@MCDruvel Chill out internet gangster. I was 8 years old in the year 2000. I definitely didn't grow up with 90's hip hop. And I said in my post that its nice to listen to something different. Go take out your insecurities on someone who's actually being a douche.
This is the B-Side to the Leflaur 12" and its called 'Blah' If I remember rightly. Can't be arsed to go into the vinyl cupboard of doom atm, sorry.
