In the process of doing so, they've depleted so much of their natural resources that they've become a net importer of basic industrial materials. A t a time of war with the US, it's highly likely that they won't see many imports of needed resources due to sanctions.

In that event, China will starve for resources. Russia can't supply it with resources if those resources are needed to fight a war in Europe. So China must expand instead.

In the process of doing so, they've depleted so much of their natural resources that they've become a net importer of basic industrial materials. A t a time of war with the US, it's highly likely that they won't see many imports of needed resources due to sanctions.

They've got one of the US's biggest allies, the EU right next door, and they don't have the same strategic depth that they did in WW2. That said, it's very possible such a conflict could lead to WW3.
In that event, China will starve for resources. Russia can't supply it with resources if those resources are needed to fight a war in Europe. So China must expand instead.

It was on the European and Asian lands therefore what happened had a lot less impact on America. Meanwhile they had the opportunity to grow and expand its territories whilst the allied countries were busy trying to recover and rebuild what was bombed during the wars.

They simply couldn't deal with the massive swarms of vehicles from the Soviet Union and the US, despite their advanced technollogy. It's quite possible that the US would fall into a similar trap.

@MrSPAX7 China will never harm walmart is the same reason why China will not attack USA, it is bad for the business. Besides, americans need to stay alive to put off debts to China.
