He obviously liked the sound of his own voice so much that he passed it on to the daleks!
Didn't Jack say "Ladies and gentlemen, we are at war" 3 years ago? I know the writers of this tosh are one-track, but lifting up their own dialogue from previous stories is a new low.
Hmmm, are these organic Megara-wannabes out to capture Davros? Or the Doctor? For crimes they committed? (depending on your POV, the Doctor can commit crimes. He's been put on trial twice in his personal history, by his own people too...)
