i have to return to Brynjolf and the marker shows to go into the hall of the dead, so i go in there and then the marker tells me to go outside, and i can't find him in there or the place in the ratway.. help please!

Okay, When you first get the quest Loud and Clear, you follow Brynjolf... I followed him and instead of going to th Cistern he walked right back to the marketplace an keeps saying to folloe him its not far and i cant talk to him and he wont move, any ideas????

I can't do anything. Brynijolf disappeared. As soon as I walked into the circle area, they all got in a fighting stance and no one was around. Now, all of the ones who were in that circle are gone. I can't do anything. Is this a bug? No, I am not loading back to the beginning of the game.

Man i have one question why you dont take the tunel to get to the safe and... You have to kill the guard .? or can you make distraction?

PLEASE! HELP ME!!! I have done everything correct. I got the aringoth had to kill him and he doesn't have the key. So, i said fine and went to the safe and picked it, opened it and there was only 114 gold that it Nothing else.  Im super frustrated.

Finally now I can find this Brynjolf douche. Man the map markers (and clairvoyance) in Bethesda games are fucking useless. I was running around in circles for about 20 minutes till I gave up and youtubed,

Also I'm not sure if this is part of it but it's odd.

In my quest inventory, the No Stone Unturned quest says "Find Barenziah Stone 4/24"

However, it also says "Become Full Member of Thieve's Guild" below that

I asked a couple of friends and they said that that second object doesn't show up for them.

Perhaps this is contributing to our problem?
