Used 2 love DT went 2 all the London shows 4 years but just can't listen 2 them now. Very talented, technical musicians but its mostly self indulgent technowank these days. If they wrote & played in the style of some of their 70s heroes maybe but I guess thats not a good idea commercially & tbh I don't think they could. Always open to be proved wrong. Thanks for some good memories though.

Hell yeah it was! I was there too. I drove up from San Diego, mapquest said 2 hours, so of course it took over 4, so I missed 3 and BTBAM...But to me DT alone made the trip worth it.

I CAN´T WAIT til the new DVD will be released.

I cheched uot wich songs were included, and there were ALOT of I@W and Awake-material there. All people will see that James sings those songs now even better that in "Score", and maybe even better (sometimes) before he hurted hes vocalcords. Hes voice always seemed to get all hoarse back then. Now its all clean and fine. A little whiny at times ate the higher notes, but that has dissapiared more and more.

Great show! Selfishly I wish they would go back to the "Evening With DT" format. The only thing better than 2 hours of DT is 3 hours.

Yes, I like cool idea to have this "battles" between Jordan and John. They are caring much more about entertaining now, and James jumps around on stage and puts on a real show. But I really think that THEY SHOULDNT MESS with the old ones...sorry...my opinion

I was there. Row RR in the Orchestra section 4. Great show and I got to meet them all backstage after the show and I have the pics to prove it! That was f*#%ing amazing! The most down to earth guys and they didn't mind listening to a 39 year-old fanatic tell them how great I think they are. John Petrucci is the KING!!!!!! I can't wait until next year.
