Look. Sen. McCain took issue with the responses of Marines. Their answers "I don't know any homosexuals" "I don't work with any here" etc. He stuck with his little point that this somehow was a statement by the Marines who responded that they did not want DADT.

I am not in the military but, when I heard the responses? I stood up and cheered! I am so proud of the Marines. They answered exactly in accordance with DADT! Don't know any.

God Bless their families in what must be immensely stressful and trying times for them. If you know any family members of soldiers stationed overseas this Holiday, please let them know your appreciation, even if it's a 15 second conversation. Gen. Amos' statements are not anti repeal. He speaks of front lines. In countries, whose radical Islamic views support murder of homosexuals. Any hint that DADT includes front lines? We could be slaughtered.

Pretty sad that we're even having a discussion on whether gays are allowed to serve openly in the military, I guess when you have religious insanity run a muck this is the result. 2) The Articles of Confederation and the Pre-Civil War America were voluntary as taxation was based on tariffs...imports...and excises...sales tax. All sales taxes were NOT leveed on necessital items - i.e. Food, Shelter, Water, Farming equipment, etc...
