Compared to the other members of the Olympian pantheon, Athena seems to be the nicest goddess among them. I mean Poseidon is an underwater hothead, Ares is a douche, Helios is a murderer since he killed Daedalus, Hades is well...evil and Zeus is just as bad as his brothers.

The only exceptions to the rule are Aphrodite, Artemis Hestia and Hermes

@sadlobster1 greek mythology in many ways represented human characteristics that gave them a more personable touch and the myths, legends and epics of their literature were meant to give the ancient hellenes inspiration for the living generations to follow. the same can be said of the Biblical heroes and heroines of the ancient israelis but with an impersonal and often vengeful God.

When I have a child, I'm going to do the same thing Odysseus did with his son. I'm going to take him outside with me, hold him in my arms, gesture towards all the parts of my farm and say "do you see all that, this is your home. Isn't it beautiful?"

Some of you may think I'm weird for choosing to do that but I say nuts
