I think it's brilliant that he included a straight couple and a gay couple in the video. It's not about political correctness, it's about how much we have in common:

The gay couple and the straight couple go through *exactly* the same thing and the same problems. This to the point of kissing each other at the same time, grabbing hands at the same time and even getting something from the bathroom cupboard at the same time.

I should have mentioned in my previous comment that the BBC America documentary is called "The Making of Me". It follows John as he comes to the U.S. to do scientific research to find out why he is gay and it is truly interesting. He visits his parents in Illinois while here. It is part of a series called BBC Reveals. I know alot of cable markets don't get BBCA yet. More info on the show is on their website. I haven't checked to see if clips are posted on You Tube.
