Ok, first off dumbass, you must have never played the game before. He plays alot of different times, then puts the videos together. That's why Dante wears like 3 different costumes in the video. And the spinning kick in the air, yeah, you can do that. Look at the fucking tutorial.

its hard when you're only using a default configuration.. try and change it.. but mind you, it took me 3 long weeks before i changed my difficulty from easy to normal with a customed configuration.. :D
