They're not abusing the kitty and it's not starving. Silly's. My cat often does this when he steals food from the kitchen, even after his meals. The reason he/she is acting that way is because it's their natural instinct to 'protect their prey'. They have good reason to take the bread away. You shouldn't allow them to eat things that aren't a part of their diet. If anything they're doing that funny lil kitty a favor....cats rule :p

Animal should feel love and security from owner, and it would never show such behaviour.

When animal shows wildlife instinctcs in really 'calm' and 'nice' home atmosphere, then it is really something wrong there

Well, I saw on things based on my own experience. I took many homeless animals and tried to help them. Believe me, I saw exactly same reaction as on this video. They made sounds like it their last food, run from and tried to hidden with this food. But through the time when they were adopted to homes atmosphere and regular food, they never behave in such way. They were very calm and did not fight even for food between each other. Perhaps, they knew that they will anyway get food.
