this method might fuck up your pc because its not explained fully. When i did what he said, it somehow messed my pc up and windows explorer didnt work.  To fix this you go to start and type cmd - right click and run as admin - then type "sfc/ scannow" and let dat shit complete - then reboot and you'll be sweet. yea it messes up your computer it changes your theme to an old theme , and your pc will be slow as hell, and every program will stop working so frigging easly, the fille it messes up is RUNDLL. so if you get this problem im talking bout to this: go to start bar , search for CMD , right click and open as administrator then type inn:sfc/ scannow that was easy right ? and after that restart your computer and it should be normal now :)

for starters the guy who did this video didn't clearly state all the details to it.

so ur themes are limited

@moaazist I've have Vista home basic also thing is this method doesn't work on home basic. Soo you have 2 options:

1.Switch to a better operating system

2.Use TuneUp Utilities, with this method you can use custom themes change your log in screen etc. but its kinda limited since you can only use their themes, also you have to pay for it but its pretty easy to use a keygen to get it free.
