what a cheater, wanna know why, alright refresh the page and pause the vid before it even starts....take a look on each side theres an X with the colors matched, and the cube was already solved just not as mixed, and they told her to turn back the cubes in the order. Of course she got some training. Duh! I got a rubiks cube for christmas 2 weeks ago that came with a 4 page booklet on how to solve it - made it tons easier. Some parent read the book and taught the moves to their kid. Heck, infants learn a whole language in sometimes less than a year without a reference language to start with.

So just because you were never trained on how to solve a rubiks cube doesn't make this parent a liar or someone who is trying to exploit their kid for fame.

I saw a little girl solving Rubik's Cube and, no, any four year old couldn't do it. As far as the number of movies it was "off"--that's only helpful to someone who knows it "off." Give that cube to an average adult and we'd still be watching as they try to solve it.

Agreed that most kids can learn this at an early age, and of course it wasn't difficult to start with for an adult, but it's very cool to see how early the mind can be trained to do this. My 8 yr old read 4 hary potter books in 2 weeks in his spare time, with better comprehension than I ever had.

Right at the beginning look at white/yellow and red/orange. There are checkers or X's. Just rotate consecutive opposite sides 180 degrees and voila!

It wasn't mixd lol. She started with a checkered pattern, VERY common pattern. Takes six moves to solve it if you do it fast. Watch the white/yellow side and other sides while she does it. They are checkered. You can't solve a cube in under a minute going half that slow EVER! I take 1 min 20 secs at best 20 times fater than that lol.
