Okay assholes, you try playing the guitar and singing at the same time with this song. You couldn't do any better than Amy's doing (that's your name, right?) and I respect her trying, she did a good job with Sleeping Sickness. Have some respect.
I understand that in a cover you want to add your own style to it, but it actually took me a bit to realize the song :( also, at the end, you weren't following the.. tune right with your voice, as you were supposed to get higher, you just kinda... stayed on the same note. A noble first try, but I think you need a bit more practicing before you go on posting some more videos :) good luck on improving, though!

whats wrong with it is that she sings most of the notes for much longer than they should and turned it into an indie cover of the original, taking away the emotion from it that it projects beautiful. On the 'and i'm breaking down' she sings it like the girl from that film 'Juno' does.

e, c, g,d. the only 4 chords in the song. i think the chorus goes d, e, c, c, d. idk, but those are the chords. also, the d chord is supposed to be played as a c chord moved up a step, or at least thats the way i play it. hope that helps.
