A tip that helpes me, is land with your arms and legs slightly apart, then when your just leaving the bed bring the arms in to the side of your bidy and close your legs at the same time. Is there any way to start twisting faster or practice twisting? I can BARELY get a full twisting backflip. Also do you twist different directions for different skills sometimes?
this makes me wish i still had my trampoline...did a backflip and overrotated to my back to bounce back up but it tore n i went straight through it...too broke to get a new one now too
still pretty good though. U can cheat a bit... when u land ur back drop, land it with ur arms wide, and ur legs slightly open, then after u start to twist bring ur arms in to ur body, and put ur legs together, u should feel urself twisting faster. have a go. cheers for ur comment.

I may be able to help a bit with that. 1st, any movement away from the centre is caused by leaning on takeoff, e.g, lean forwards for front somersault, land infront of ur takeoff point. so, when u try again, imagine swaping ur shoulders places, if that makes sense, so if u twist anti-clockwise, u pull ur left shoulder back, and right shoulder forwards, might help, good practice makes perfect.
