ConstitutionMan, What are you going to do now that Bush isn't in office to conveniently bash. . Where is your criticism of the un-constitutional power grab that is currently happening in Washington. See, I think your interpretation of the constitution aligns with the United Nations and the New World Order, which would have America thrown back to the stone age. So, who are you going to bash now that Bush isn't in office, and the liberals now have control of all three branches of government?

All this good talk about Thomas Jefferson with a complete misrepresentation of his beliefs. He hated being in political office, he hated government. He was a hardcore anti-federalist.. Bush is a moron, but no surprise there.

The free speakers were hauled off, they weren't given a chance to talk and be heard. The media makes dissenting opinion disappear down the rabbit hole. This President should be tried for high crimes. Read Bincent Buglisoi's neww book, "The Prosecution of George W. Bush for Murder". Bush, Rice, Cheney, Rumsfeld and many others should be tried, they misled this nation into war against a country that according to the NIE posed no imminent threat. Iraq was contained. Bush Lied us into war.

But Congress passed a motion where Bush and his lackeys are immune to any war crime charges.

Then the charges need to be made at a level higher than those in the United States. War Crimes are International charges. It amazes me that he's not booed every where he goes. Saw him at the opening ceremonies of the Olympics, he's a complete disgrace and we let him walk around with impunity. We all are responsible for that.

I agree with you. He should be facing these charges at the Hague in Netherlands. It's one thing to just be a lame duck president, but its another thing to have blood on your hands for oil and war profits.

No International Court has Jurisdiction over the American People. We Govern ourselves.
No World Power has power over we the people.
The Constitution says nothing about a international court. In order for them to have jurisdiction, a constitutional Amendment would have to be added. Which I oppose!
Most of Congress and and the whole executive branch needs to be brought on charges of Treason (among other charges), for giving up our national sovereignty. If found guilty, they should all be hung!!!

This country is in the grips of private interest groups. The biggest one is AIPAC which is really screwing us over in the world.
We have a war criminal for a president. It was embarrassing watching him on TV during the Olympics. It is a shame that he is the face of our nation currently.
Does the public not have any power to impeach the president? or charge him with war crimes?

It is our constitutional right to over throw the government. However it does seem very unrealistic.
I think the biggest issue is people not voting on election day. Imagine if 95% of Americans voted; things would be so different.

You drank the Kool-Aid ... Bush didn't lie anymore than Clinton, Biden, Albright, or Pelosi. You left-winged, affective-only thinkers conveniently forget the process that was followed prior to our invasion of Iraq. You also conveniently forget that Saddam was in violation of a number of U.N. resolutions, one of which was to submit to WMD investigators. You're as big of a lier as you allege Bush to be.
