I believe he's talking specifically about "Come In Number 51" rather than the original studio record B-side of Careful With That Axe Eugene. The version released on the soundtrack album isnt the same as the one in this clip, listen to the guitar sound after the scream and its clearly different.

Thats not really very unusualy, many soundtrack albums have material that differs from the film.
