Several eu countries didn't want euro, and they are still using their respective national currencies. Euro can only be implemented in a country where the majority of that country's citizens has opted for it on a referendum, it cannot be "enforced".

Why is the Euro a success? Cause the EU expands, takes in Eastern European countries. Western Europe has NEW markets, where it sells its products.
The NAU is just existing markets with a new name. Canada won't buy more than now. Mexico is still too poor.
So, take a weak USD, a Canadian Dollar and a Mex. Peso, and you will get ....
